Payment by bank cards is made through "ALPHA-BANK" JSC 

Internet payment service is provided in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and Payment system MIR on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, which uses the most modern methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission over closed communication channels. Entering of bank card data is carried out on the secure payment page of "ALPHA-BANK" JSC. 

On the page for entering bank card data you need to enter card data: card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional Identification Code for MIR). All the necessary data is printed on the card itself. The three-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card. 

You will then be redirected to your bank's page to enter the security code, which will come to you in a text message. If the security code didn't come to you, then you should contact the bank that issued you a card.  

Cases of payment refusal: 

the bank card is not intended for Internet payments; you can find out about it by contacting your bank; 

there are not enough funds on the bank card. You can get to know more about availability of funds on bank card, having addressed to the bank which issued the bank card; 

bank card data were entered incorrectly; 

the validity term of the bank card has expired. The period of validity of the card is usually indicated on the front of the card (month and year to which the card is valid). You can find out more about the period of the card validity by contacting the bank which issued the card;

Personal information you provide (name, address, phone, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and will not be divulged. Your credit card information is encrypted and is not stored on our Web-server. 

Return Policy 

When paying by card, cash refunds are not permitted. Return policy is regulated by the rules of international payment systems. 

Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" regulates the return procedure. 

A consumer has the right to refuse goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of goods - within seven days; Return of goods of proper quality is possible if the preserved appearance, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods; The consumer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually specific properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the acquirer; When the consumer rejects the goods, the seller must 

The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Money Refund Application" by the Company. 

For a refund on transactions made in error, you must apply in writing and enclose a copy of your passport and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application must be sent to xteam@xtsch.com. 

The amount of refund will be equal to the amount of purchase. The time for consideration of the Application and refund begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days without taking into account holidays / days off.
